Currently, at this time we don’t offer any hourly rates for any of our services. There are various reasons for this, and every cleaning company has a slightly different model.
We’ve oriented our business off of a flat rate + the overall condition of your home, which is determined by a scale system. Understandably, we don’t expect you to know how to rate your home or expect that everyone will agree on the ideal standard of what is clean.
This is why we’ve taken the time to create a Home Ratings Guide to help give you an idea of what our standard is and how we can get the rating as close as possible to being accurate. It’s important that we not only do this for the estimate but the condition is a big factor in determining how many crew members are sent to your job to complete it.

This is a common request, and there are some logistical issues that make it something that we’re unable to offer. You can, however, rest assured that your cleaning will be done to the same standard that you’ve come to expect because our crew goes through the exact same training program, a field manager is sent to every job and we’ve got any specific notes saved to your profile, which the crew reviews prior to the cleaning.
This flexibility is one of the biggest reasons why we’re so dependable and have never had to cancel a cleaning during the tenure of our business.
We’ve implemented the use of arrival windows with our bookings, which makes it easy to know approximately when the crew will be at your location!
It’s important to keep in mind that these are not starting to completion timeframes, but rather give you an idea of what time the crew will be arriving.
Generally, the timeframes are:
11:00 am – 1:00 pm
1:00 – 3:00 pm
3:00 – 5:00 pm
Do you clean apartments or condos on a one-time basis or do you have to sign up for a long-term service?

We also do allow for some slight customizations with your cleaning, but this is mostly like if you only want certain bedrooms or bathrooms cleaned or not cleaned.
