For anyone that’s looking for a service provider, no matter what it is, it can be tricky to know that you’re getting a quality company. Online ratings have been a great tool to help people get an idea of what the company is like but once you take a look at the individual comments  it’s easy to get lost in them. Especially since these are unique to the individual and don’t guarantee outcomes. 

Seeing a high rating does help to put your mind at ease and we’ve all stalked the reviews section trying to get a better understanding of what we’re signing up for, which is great. There are some other aspects that can give you that piece of mind, and the next thing you generally look for is if the company is licensed, bonded and insured which we are. 

Outside of that what else can you look for to help you make a determination if this is the company for you and your needs? A lot of other service industry based companies often throw out a guarantee with their services, which sounds great, but a lot of them don’t explain what that means. Hopefully, this blog post will help you to understand what our guarantee means. 

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we try very diligently to ensure that you’re happy with your service. Our crews work very hard and it validates that effort to receive a 5 star review. 

However, we do understand that errors or oversight will happen which is why we offer this guarantee. Should a problem ever occur we just ask that you reach out to our office via phone call or email to let us know of the problem. Then someone from our office will reach out to the field manager that was assigned to your cleaning to understand what had happened before reaching back out to you for resolution. 

Depending on the situation we’ll either issue an appropriate credit or send someone back out to fix the issue if it’s deemed that we’ve made the mistake. Other cleaning companies offer to always come back out, but if it’s something really minor that doesn’t make sense for anyone. We may also ask you for a photo of what was missed so that we can forward this to our crews so that they can improve on their craft and to verify the mistake. 

We do ask that some reasonable consideration is made along with some understanding that when these mistakes occur they are not done with any bad intent, and it’s just as upsetting for the crew. The teams still spent their time, effort and energy to clean and the last thing they want is for you to be dissatisfied with their work. The purpose of this is meant for big or glaring mistakes, as we cannot promise to eradicate every spec of dust or crumb in an entire house.

Also, if you have a several member household or pets we cannot guarantee the quality of work after we leave. It’s not uncommon that people or animals will walk over mopped floors or track dirt and hair over freshly cleaned areas. 

Sometimes an issue arises because of a misunderstanding of what’s included in a cleaning. If you book over the phone we quickly go over the checklist with you and suggest that you view the comprehensive list online. For anyone that books via our online portal we make our checklist easy to find and review. If there are any questions or concerns our office can answer any questions that you have about what’s included with any of our cleaning packages.
