Dream Clean Refund Policy

While we strive for perfection with every cleaning, we do understand that there will be times when items are missed. Which is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee with our services and you can find more about that here:
 
 
We believe in being as transparent as possible, as you can see from all of the information that we make available on our website, and the refund process is no different. If there's a mistake or item(s) missed during your cleaning and it's deemed that a refund will be the best resolution here's how we calculate that:
 
Once all the photos have been sent in, of the missed items, our office will review them and determine how long that would take an employee to fix and we then divide that time against the rate of pay to determine the amount. 
 
So an easy example of this would be if the total missed item(s) equivocated to about a half an hours worth of work then we'd give you half of the hourly pay back as a refund. We do this because work, hours and products were still expended, during the cleaning, and so we needed an easy way to prorate for minor mistakes.

What We Don't Do

  • Lift and move heavy furniture (requiring another person’s assistance).
  • Reach heights inaccessible on our 2-step step ladder.
  • Clean the front of TVs
  • Carpet cleaning (but we can refer you to our awesome partners!
  • Cleaning bio-hazardous substances (feces, blood, etc.)
  • Cleaning infested properties (rodents, bugs, etc.)
  • Move appliances that are connected to gas or water.
  • Cleaning custom light fixtures or chandeliers.
  • Service clients who are disrespectful to our staff.
*Linens must be out and available for us to change.
*Sinks must be free of dishes and other items.
*We do not clean chandeliers or custom light fixtures.
