While the last year and a half, going on two years, has not felt the same, we’re still so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be your service provider! The last year has presented us with a lot of challenges, that we were able to overcome, and even lucky enough to experience some growth! And with that, we want to welcome all of the new clients to the Dream Clean family.
The expansion has allowed us to reinvest and create a state of the art training program for our crew which will help them to get better with their craft, as well as, several pay increases and additional benefits added into their compensation plan! We firmly believe that if we take care of our crew that they in turn will do the same for all of you.
We’d also like to take this time to go over a few important reminders:
You may have noticed that in the leadup to the holidays, that we had to adjust your regularly scheduled cleaning. This was done to account for the few days that we take off in the year, and we attempt to do that well in advance so that recurring clients will have a priority for the new date that they’d like.
Winter Conditions & Arrival
While we do our best to ensure that we are rarely, if ever, late the winter conditions can impact that. The logistics of when teams will finish homes, the driving distances in-between and road conditions alone make that hard enough. Which is why we implemented the arrival times, and these are generally two hour blocks i.e. 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, as an example. That is not a start to completion timeframe, but rather just lets you know generally when to expect the team.
We ask our teams to notify the office if they anticipate that they’ll be late, and we do attempt to reach out to you. However this may not always be possible, and if you’ve selected to let the crew in there are a few options: you can always call the office and leave a door or garage code – or – if you feel comfortable you could let the office know that the door will be unlocked if you’re unable to wait. This is something that doesn’t happen often, but it appears that we may have more snow this year and could account for an uptick.
This is something that’s always great to go over, as not everyone knows that we’ve added this functionality! It wasn’t that long ago that you could only get a Basic or Deep Cleaning Package with us, and we wanted to create a flexible option for when you need something in-between those.
We’ve pulled some of the most requested items off of the Deep Cleaning Package and allowed them to be added, as an extra, to any of your recurring or one time cleans! These are great, especially if you have family coming in or special events. Here’s a list of the extras that you can add, and we only ask that you give us a few days notice to account for the extra work:
