This will depend on the package that you select, and we ask everyone to look at our checklist prior to booking so that you know exactly what’s included with your selection. Currently, at this time we don’t offer any hourly rates for any of our services. There are various reasons for this, and every cleaning company has a slightly different model. 
We’ve oriented our business off of a flat rate + the overall condition of your home, which is determined by a scale system. Understandably, we don’t expect you to know how to rate your home or expect that everyone will agree on the ideal standard of what is clean. 
This is why we’ve taken the time to create a Home Ratings Guide to help give you an idea of what our standard is and how we can get the rating as close as possible to being accurate. It’s important that we not only do this for the estimate but the condition is a big factor in determining how many crew members are sent to your job to complete it.

This is a common request, and there are some logistical issues that make it something that we’re unable to offer. You can, however, rest assured that your cleaning will be done to the same standard that you’ve come to expect because our crew goes through the exact same training program, a field manager is sent to every job and we’ve got any specific notes saved to your profile, which the crew reviews prior to the cleaning. 
This flexibility is one of the biggest reasons why we’re so dependable and have never had to cancel a cleaning during the tenure of our business. 
The advantage is that your cleaning will never be cancelled because that person is not available and we always send a manager to our jobs to ensure an optimal clean is done.
We’ve implemented the use of arrival windows with our bookings, which makes it easy to know approximately when the crew will be at your location! 
It’s important to keep in mind that these are not starting to completion timeframes, but rather give you an idea of what time the crew will be arriving. 
Generally, the timeframes are: 
9:00 am
11:00 am – 1:00 pm 
1:00 – 3:00 pm
3:00 – 5:00 pm

Dream Clean is flexible and whether you need a one-time cleaning, bi-weekly, or monthly service we are more than happy to accommodate  your cleaning needs.

You can do everything from viewing your next cleaning, to making adjustments, and even adding tips for the crew. However, you can rest assured that we have a customer service line for any questions that you might have and one that’s based in the United States. 
Not only can you get the estimate online, but you can also view our checklist to know exactly what is and what isn’t included with each cleaning package. 
We also do allow for some slight customizations with your cleaning, but this is mostly like if you only want certain bedrooms or bathrooms cleaned or not cleaned.
