Idaho’s Nickname is “the Gem State”

Due to the massive variety of gems that are found here in Idaho got the nickname “the Gem State”. There are so many different gems, some of which are in very large quantities - gems such as sapphires, rubies, garnets and many more!   

The State Capital of Idaho is Boise

Of all the wonderful cities in Idaho, there are few as great as Boise. This medium sized city was once home to the military fort called Fort Boise (those who have played Oregon Trail will find this familiar) and the old Idaho Penitentiary and has currently stood as the capital for around 100 years. Before Boise was the capital, Idaho City acted as the capital, but when the gold rush died down in that part of Idaho people started migrating more towards Boise.

The State Fruit of Idaho is the Huckleberry

If you like the taste of huckleberries then Idaho is where you need to be. We have huckleberry jam, huckleberry pancakes, huckleberry ice cream, and so much more. It is one of the most ‘Idaho’ food to come out of Idaho after the potato. It is so much a part of Idaho culture that there is even a huckleberry festival in Donnelly Idaho every August. There are many types of huckleberry that are native to the great potato state making it not only loved but easily accessible by locals.

  • Move appliances that are connected to gas or water.
  • Cleaning custom light fixtures or chandeliers.
  • Service clients who are disrespectful to our staff.

This makes it easy to know exactly what you are getting, and we do allow for some customization between the packages! Not everyone will need or want everything that comes with the Deep Clean or Move In/Out packages, and so you can add things like: baseboards, inside or outside cabinets to the Basic Cleaning. Which is fantastic, because this can save you some money if you don’t need everything on that list. You can also opt to remove some bedrooms and bathrooms if there are areas that don’t need to be cleaned. 
 
Our website, and we cannot say enough about this! You can get an estimate online or over the phone in less than 15 minutes. In order to accomplish this you would need to know some things upfront like: the total sq ft of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, any of the extras that you may want and most importantly an idea on the condition of the home.

What if you don't know the condition of the home?

Hopefully, you've been able to see it prior to your purchase but we do know that's not always possible. In this case it would be nice if your agent could give you an idea of the condition. Or perhaps the pervious owner or renter had left it in worse condition than they should've. Unfortunately, we have been called in for this exact issue on more than one occasion. 
 
In this case, when our crew arrives they are to survey the home and let the office know the overall condition. If there's a drastic difference between the booking rating and the actual, the office does try to give you a call and let you know. When in doubt, our office representative can go over this with you in more detail, over the phone, and try to help nail down the correct rating. It's important that we get this as close as possible, not only for the estimate, but because that can determine how many people we need to assign to your job. 

Things that we'll need in order to do the job.

It should go without saying, but it's come up more frequently than before. The crew will need power and water to complete the cleaning, and so please make sure that these are on prior to the crew coming out to avoid any additional charges and/or cancellation fees. 
 
How will the crew access the home? We can use anything from hidden keys to garage codes and you will be asked this during the booking process. 
 
Arrival Windows. For any booking, after 9 am, we use arrival windows which means that the crew can be there any point during that timeframe, and so we need to make sure that they are able to get in upon their arrival. 
 

Verifying funds

You will be asked to provide a debit or credit card during the booking process, because we need to be able toconfirm funds are there prior to coming out for the cleaning. Our system automatically masks everything but the last four digits of your card number, for security purposes, after the booking is complete. We're unable to take cash or check payments. If there was an adjustment, either plus or minus, to the estimate; someone from the office will call to give you the correct total. Our bookkeeper then charges the card at the end of the business day. 

24 hour guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work, and offer this with every cleaning to give you peace of mind. If something was missed during your cleaning we would need you to give the office a call as soon as possible, within that timeframe, in order for us to determine the next step to resolve the issue. You might also be asked to provide photos of the missed item(s) as we use this for feedback to our crews.
